Dovosi Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to Dovosi as a mobile app and describes the operator's privacy practices. It should be read together with any app-store rules that apply to your use.

1 Privacy Coverage

This Privacy Policy applies to Dovosi and to information handled by the team that operates the app. It covers information provided directly by you, information generated through app use, information made available through device permissions you choose to grant, and records received from app stores, service providers, or legal channels.

Dovosi is intended for personal use through a mobile device. Some information may be handled locally on your device, while other limited records may be processed by third-party services that support payments, app distribution, analytics, security, legal compliance, or user communications. Where local device handling occurs, the app operator may not receive the underlying content unless it is transmitted for a permitted purpose.

2 Device Permissions

Device permissions are controlled through your operating system and app settings. When you allow access to photos or related device storage, the permission enables the app to interact with selected content according to the access level you grant. Platform settings may let you narrow, revoke, or restore those permissions.

Permission choices can affect whether certain app functions operate as expected. Revoking a permission does not automatically delete records already handled for lawful business, legal, security, or support purposes. The operating system or app store may also maintain its own permission, purchase, diagnostic, or download records under its separate terms and privacy notices.

3 Information We Handle

Information handled by Dovosi may include user-provided communications, selected user content, app activity records, device and technical information, purchase-related records, and information needed to respond to privacy, security, legal, or operational requests. User content may include images or other material you choose to make available to the app.

Payment details are generally processed by the app store or payment provider rather than by Dovosi directly. Dovosi may receive limited purchase confirmations, entitlement records, transaction identifiers, or similar app-store records needed to provide access, prevent misuse, resolve disputes, maintain records, or comply with law.

Technical information may include device type, operating system version, app version, diagnostic events, usage signals, identifiers provided by service providers, and network-related information. The exact records depend on the device, platform settings, app version, and services used.

4 Why Information Is Used

Information is used to operate, maintain, secure, and improve Dovosi; process app-store purchase records; respond to requests; enforce legal terms; prevent fraud or abuse; troubleshoot technical issues; and satisfy legal or regulatory duties. User content is handled for the purposes for which it is made available to the app and for related operational, security, or legal needs.

Where EEA or UK privacy laws apply, the lawful bases may include performance of a contract, consent, compliance with legal obligations, legitimate interests in operating and protecting the app, and establishment or defense of legal claims. Consent may apply where a platform permission, optional processing choice, or applicable law requires it. Legitimate interests are assessed with attention to the nature of the information and your privacy rights.

5 Providers and Legal Sharing

The operator may give limited information to vendors or platform partners when their work is needed for app operation, purchases, hosting, diagnostics, security, communications, compliance, or similar support. Their access should be limited to the role they perform and governed by suitable contractual or legal controls.

Disclosure may also occur for legal process, government requests, rights protection, safety, fraud prevention, security review, corporate transactions, or enforcement of applicable terms. If the app or related assets are transferred, relevant information may move as part of that transaction under appropriate safeguards.

Dovosi does not sell personal information for money. Where a privacy law gives a broader meaning to sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or similar activity, required choices will be honored.

6 Retention

Dovosi keeps information only for a reasonable period tied to the reason it was handled and to lawful record needs. Timing may depend on the kind of record, device controls, app-store requirements, legal limitation periods, disputes, security work, and operational records.

Content that remains only on your device stays subject to your device and app controls. Providers, platforms, and app stores keep their own records under their own policies, and the operator may keep limited app records where compliance, fraud prevention, accounting, dispute handling, security, or enforcement makes retention necessary.

7 Safeguards

Dovosi uses privacy and security measures designed for the nature of the app records involved. Those measures can include limited access, provider screening, transmission protections where appropriate, monitoring, and record-handling procedures.

No mobile environment can be guaranteed against every risk. Device settings, platform account security, network conditions, and operating-system controls also affect how information is protected.

8 Version Record

Effective date: 2026-05-26. Last updated: 2026-05-26.

Policy changes may be made to reflect legal, technical, operational, or business developments. Material changes will be presented through a reasonable notice method, such as an updated posted policy, in-app notice, or other communication when required. Continued use after an updated version becomes available means the updated Policy applies from its effective date, subject to any consent requirements imposed by law.

9 Rights Available to You

Depending on where you live, privacy laws may allow you to ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection, withdrawal of consent, or review of certain automated or legal decisions. Some laws also provide rights to appeal a decision or to complain to a data protection authority.

Requests will be handled as required by applicable law. A request may be limited where retention is necessary for legal obligations, security, fraud prevention, dispute handling, app-store records, free expression, legal claims, or other permitted reasons. If consent is withdrawn or a permission is revoked, processing already completed may remain lawful, and certain app functions or legal records may still require limited handling.

Where cross-border transfers occur, information may be handled in jurisdictions with privacy laws different from those in your location. Appropriate safeguards, contractual measures, provider controls, and legal transfer mechanisms are used where required. Mandatory privacy rights available in your home jurisdiction are not waived by this Policy.

10 Age-Related Safeguards

Dovosi is intended for users with the legal ability to make mobile-app privacy choices, or for use with involvement from a parent, guardian, or authorized adult where the law requires it. Requests involving a minor will be reviewed with care for the minor's interests and the authority of the person making the request.

If the operator learns that minor-related information must be removed or handled with additional consent under applicable law, reasonable steps will be taken after a valid request provides enough detail to locate the relevant app records.

11 Request Channel

Privacy requests for Dovosi should be sent to support@dovosi.app. The operator will use reasonable routing and response steps required by applicable privacy law.
